Program Evaluation
Evaluation is critical to the success of any program. It helps identify successes and challenges, what may be working well or not working well and the impact of your program. Our company will assist you in conducting the appropriate program evaluation (e.g. needs assessment, formative, process, or outcome/impact evaluations) based on the program’s stage of development.

This is true whether data is used to highlight evaluation findings or show trends in progress from performance monitoring. Our team will implement data collection procedures and tools suited for the appropriate evaluation design, analyze data utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods, develop tools to manage data, and prepare data visualization dashboards and reports that can be shared with stakeholders and funders.
