CDavis Enterprises, LLC is an independent evaluation and data management consulting company helping clients use evaluation to tell their program’s story and make data-informed decisions.

Founded in 2019, Cassandra Davis had a goal to address gaps where evaluation could be used more effectively for decision-making to create sustainable programs. After working as an evaluator and program manager in program planning, implementation, and evaluation across all levels of government domestically and internationally for over a decade, she saw how programs were required to demonstrate progress or impact, but often lacked evaluation or monitoring plans that highlighted these requests.

CDavis Enterprises, LLC was formed with the understanding of the important role evaluation plays in highlighting how well a program is progressing towards intended outcomes, why things are working well or not working well, and the impact of the program on communities they serve.

CDavis Enterprises, LLC is a one-stop shop for the full spectrum of evaluation needs. Our mission is to help clients use data and evaluation to make data-driven decisions to improve and sustain programs through continuous program improvement.

Cassandra Davis earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology and Maternal and Child Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association as well as the local Atlanta-area chapter.
