The logic model is the crux of your program. It provides a visual representation of how the program achieves outcomes. Our team will help you develop and/or refine your program logic model so it can be a guide to identify gaps, help you and other stakeholders understand how the program operates and how to create pathways to your outcomes.
Evaluation is critical to the success of any program. It helps identify successes and challenges, what may be working well or not working well and the impact of your program. Our company will assist you in conducting the appropriate program evaluation (needs assessment, formative, process, or outcome/impact evaluations) based on the program’s stage of development.
Ongoing, systematic collection and review of key performance indicators helps to ensure your program is progressing as intended. Our team will help you develop indicators, identify sufficient data sources to collect these indicators, and develop tools and templates to help you manage and monitor data over time.
Data collection, analysis and reporting is key to a program being able to use data to tell their story.
